Local Flower Delivery Service Areas

Please note: Our fresh flowers and flower subscriptions are ONLY available for local delivery. We can not ship fresh flowers out of our local area. 

We service the following cities/towns:

- Guelph, Aberfoyle, Puslinch, Morriston, Fergus, Elora, Rockwood, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Erin, Ariss, Acton, Breslau, Eden Mills, Maryhill, and Moffat.


    Order Processing Times for Home Decor Items, Houseplants and other.

    • Out of town orders will be shipping via Canada Post 2x per week starting Monday, May 11th. 
    • On average, please expect up to 2-5 business days before we are able to process out of town orders for shipping. We are limited with our staff and want to ensure that proper procedures are in place and not rushed. 
    • We may periodically close the online check-out to allow staff to carry out cleaning and disinfecting procedures and to get caught up on orders.


    Curb-side Pickup

    • We have started doing contactless curb-side pick up from our side door at 25 Suffolk Street East, Downtown Guelph. 
    • ALL orders MUST be pre-paid via phone or website. We are not taking cash or using our payment terminal.
    • We do require 24-28 hours to prepare your order for pick up and will notify you when ready via e-mail. 
    • when you arrive, please call 519-265-3505 and wait a minimum of 6' back from the door. Please wait further back or in your car if other customers are at the door
    • We will place your order on the table outside and when we re-enter the shop you may take your order. 
    • We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these policies to ensure the safely of you and our team.

    Out-of-Stock Items

    • If an ordered item is out-of-stock, it will be refunded. Please continue to check back online, as stock is updated daily.
    • At this time, we are unable to accept phone orders. If you cannot find an item on our website, please email a detailed list of what you're looking for to info@bloomsandflora.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we are able.
